If the tools I used to appraise my websites were accurate, I would really be a happy person. My blog worth 47,421 US$? After only 4 months? Wow, that’s amazing. I would love to believe this value to be real…
The first tool I came across is this domain name value tool that gives www.linkrain.com a value of 2.299$, not bad at all. The given value is based on several factors:
Finally it is also creates “Link Value Report” that estimates the link-price/month for a link on the given website.
Look how much the big sites are worth (value estimated by Dnscoop) :
The estimated value of http://www.yahoo.com is: $2,147,483,647
The estimated value of http://www.google.com is: $2,112,800,000
The estimated value of http://www.myspace.com is: $1,391,200,000
The estimated value of http://www.msn.com is: $1,293,600,000
The estimated value of http://www.ebay.com is: $722,384,000
After surfing a bit more I found another very curious tool called “How much is your blog worth?”.
Mine is worth 47.421 US$ !
Of course also this is not a very accurate estimation.
And here is the value for some of the most famous blogs:
www.engadget.com/, is worth $15,263,467.98
www.boingboing.net/, is worth $11,674,122.66
www.techcrunch.com/, is worth $10,047,118.38
www.gizmodo.com/, is worth $8,648,188.26
www.problogger.net/, is worth $3,414,337.92
www.mattcutts.com/blog, is worth $1,380,300.30
www.linkrain.com/articles, is worth $47,421.36
And now have fun by checking your website’s or blog’s value

Well, you should also visit a site with a tool called LeapFish (leapfish.com)
I’m sure you’ll surprised at the huge amount of money your site will be valued at… hehehehe
Anyway, i think these tools should be completetely redone >.
