After describing how to get a PR7 link for 100$ (the page got PR6 with the recent PageRank update), here are some new websites with high PageRank where you can get a permanent link to your website with anchor text:

If you donate at least 60€ (or equivalent), you may have your website linked directly from this page (for minimum of one year). If you donate at least 200€ (or equivalent), you may also have your website linked front page (with Google PR8) for duration of one month. If you subscribe for recurring donation of 200€ for 5 months, you get the link for the sixth month for free.

They don’t write how much money you have to donate and it actually looks like you can get a PR7 link for any ammount donated.
3) http://pixels.postnuke.com/
This is a “Pixel advertising website”.
Minimum Purchase: $80 USD (1 Pixel block - 10×10). Feel free to buy as many as you like.
You are purchasing a pixel advertisement on the main page lasting at least 2 years.
You are only allowed to change the Image if your site has undergone a major change. Otherwise it is final

Well, it’s surely a cheap price for a permanent PageRank 7 link…
Linkrain, one of the sites you mention in this post is a pixel ad site. I don’t actually know whether pixel ad sites are worth buying links from. I bought links from a whole collection of pixel ad sites when they started last year, but they did not seem to improve my Google PageRank and I think only one of them appeared in my list of Google-recognised Backlinks. Has anyone had a similar or different experience with pixel ads? I would very much like to know.
By the way, thanks for this post, Linkrain. I will look into the other sites that you mentioned.
