Thanks to Google it is possible to find some goodlink partners without having to post in forums or register at link exchange specialized websites. Many sites that are doing reciprocal link exchange with similar sites or with any kind of sites, often have a page dedicated to their partners. This page is usually called “link-partners.html”,”partners.html”,”links.html” (”link-partners.html” gives the best results).

Let’s suppose you have a real estate related website and you are searching for link partners to do a reciprocal link exchange with. You could go to forums like Digital point, in the link exchange section, and open a thread that you are willing to exchange links with real estate related sites or search for threads referring to an exchange with related sites to yours. This is a good way to get reciprocal links if the forum you post in, recieves a good ammount of traffic (and Digital poing absolutely does), but it will take you some time to get good back-links and you will have to check the forum and the private messages you recieve every day.

Another good way is to use Google. If you have a real estate related website and you know that many sites that are doing reciprocal link exchange are calling their exchange sites “link-partners.html”, all you have to do is to make a search like this “link-partners.html real estate” or “partners.html real estate” and so on. You will get very good results because Google will show you a lot of pages related to yours and at the same time you know that you can consider doing a link exchange with these sites because they have a page called “link-partners.html”.

Once you collected some of these sites just contact them directly with a kind email in which you are asking for a link exchange. This is an easy way to send out even 10-20 emails in 10 minutes and actually many people will give you a positive answer. If you have a directory and your categories have a page rank, you can store their links in the appropriate category and they will place your link on their link-partners page.  If you don’t know where to put reciprocal link exchange partners and you don’t want to fill up your homepage with links, just do the same thing as they did and create a link-partners page.

Here is a final tip: link-partner pages usually are linked with the homepage and their path should be something like this www.yoursite.com/link-partners.html  . Doing so will allow your visitors to see who your partners are and at the same time the partners page will get a good page rank (only if your homepage has a good page rank of course). A partners page with a good page rank will make link echange with other sites even easier.
