Today I was checking my statistics and I saw that some people came from a strange website. After checking the url it turned out to be a multiple SEO tool with a lot of amazing features. Thanks to it you can get a lot of information about any website just by inserting the domain you are interested in and clicking the “check domain” button.

Here is a detailed list of the information given by this tool:

  • Multiple datacenter PageRank check in 67 Google datacenters
  • PageRank validation ( to check whether the PageRank of a website is real or fake)
  • Age of the domain
  • Registration date of the domain
  • Alexa rank
  • Alexa traffic graph
  • The tool also checks if a website is listed in Dmoz and Yahoo Directory
  • The total number of pages that link to a website ( in Google, Yahoo, Altavista and Alltheweb )
  • Number of indexed pages ( in Google, Yahoo, Msn, Altavista and Alltheweb)
  • The estimated value of a website

All these information are displayed on a single page. This is actually not all SmartPageRank is offering. They give you also the possibility to:

  • Add a PageRank button to your website ( two different buttons available)
  • Add a Website Value button to your website
  • Be notified if your PageRank changes.

Finally they also offer a completely free backlink tool. This backlink tool is listing all the pages that are linking to your website and also displays the PageRank of each page that is linking to you! The tool is only a few months old but check it’s Alexa Graph to see how popular it is becoming.

Its not very accurate. I checked my website, and it claims I have no backlinks to the url, when I have hundreds, and it claimed my PR was suspect, when my PR is 0.

    Nice article, well explained detail.
I agree, SmartPageRank is one of the All-In-One SEO valuable tool on the internet.. i use is to lookup on expired domain names… save me more time rather than checking it one by one.

I think the results may vary, try both with and without “www” infront of your domain name.

That’s very nice of that you gave me a bookmark :)

And you are right…everytime I find a tool that tells me how great my website is, I love it :D. That’s also a reason why I really like “PageRank prediction tools”.

Another similar useful tool would be WhoLinks2Me, which is what I use.

I have been using smartpagerank.com for awhile now. It makes doing research on domain names much easier.
